There are a lot of sites on the WEB, where sound files can be found. Some of theese sites are "premium sites", where You must pay for the download, some of them are free sites. We built our site collecting sounds only from free sources (MIDI search engines, toplists, etc.), and we devoted high attention to the copyrights, hence we downloaded, modified and serve from our server only "public-domain music". All of the categories in the the main category index contains such ringtones, except of category "Hitlinks". The ringtones accessible from the category "Hitlinks" are'nt stored on our server, they are only "hotlinked" from us.

In spite of our efforts it can happen, that we made a mistake, and there is a sound file on our server, storing of which is violates copyrights. In this case please inform us by e-mail, and we will delete the questionable file immadiately.

If You find one or more link(s) in the "Hitlinks" category, which points to a file on Your site, and You don't like hotlinking, then send us an e-mail, and we remove the questionable link(s) immediately.

If You find an item under the category "Hitlinks" publication of which violates the copyrights of You or Your client,

rather analyze the problematic URL, and contact the owner of the questionable site. Thanks.
